A faith and community based charitable organization that provides food assistance and advocates self-reliance by providing case management, emotional support, youth development and capacity building. Since inception in 2010, we have been actively contributing to the social and economic development of the communities in which we operate and we strive to be an organization that continually responds to the changing social realities through the development and application of knowledge and skills.

Muslim Food Bank and Community Services Society (“MFBCS”) is a community based charitable organization that assists people facing hunger and food insecurity and advocates self-reliance by providing case management, counselling, emotional support, youth development, senior care and capacity building.
Muslim Food Bank and Community Services Society (MFBCS) recognizes the challenges that people face in supporting themselves and helps them overcome these challenges by focusing on seven core areas: Food Insecurity, Employment, Housing, Education, Skills Development, Physical and Mental Health Support. Since 2010, we have transformed lives and empowered people to become self-reliant, and who in turn have joined us to help others. Our vision is to live in a world where humanity is driven by compassion and love, when people help each other to become self-reliant so that they can in turn help others in their challenges.
We have helped thousands but still there is a long way to go!
